The admission process at The Sports School is designed to identify students who demonstrate both academic potential and sporting ability. The school offers an integrated programme that combines the CBSE curriculum with professional sports training. Admissions are subject to eligibility, successful completion of the assessment process and seat availability.

Step 1: Complete the Online Application Form

Visit the official website and fill in the online application form. Applicants are required to provide personal details, sporting background, academic information and their preferred sport. A declaration confirming the accuracy of the information must also be submitted.

Step 2: Pay the Application Fee

Submit the prescribed application fee of INR 5,000 through the payment process. The application fee is non-refundable. After making the payment, parents are required to share the payment receipt with the admissions team as instructed by the school.

Step 3: Choose Your Sport and Academic Programme

Select the sport in which the student wishes to train, such as Cricket, Football, Tennis or Badminton, along with the appropriate academic grade. Applicants should also provide details of their previous school, sporting achievements and any prior training experience.

Step 4: Schedule a Campus Visit

Once the application has been received, the admissions team will arrange a campus visit. This gives parents and students an opportunity to explore the school's academic facilities, sports infrastructure, residential amenities and training environment.

Step 5: Attend the Sports Assessment and Interaction

Eligible applicants are invited to participate in a sports assessment, followed by an interaction with the academic team. The assessment evaluates the student's sporting skills, while the interaction helps determine their readiness for the school's integrated academic and sports programme.

Step 6: Receive the Admission Offer

Students who complete the assessment process receive the admission form and an offer of admission. The offer is made based on the student's performance during the assessment and fulfilment of the admission requirements.

Step 7: Complete the Admission Formalities

To confirm admission, parents must submit the completed admission form, provide the required documents and pay the prescribed blocking amount and other applicable fees within the stipulated timeline. Once all formalities are completed, the student's admission is confirmed.
